We offer
a 7-Day conditional Return & Exchange Policy for all products. If
you receive a product in the following condition
● Damaged Product
● Dead on Arrival
● Manufacturing Defect
● Incomplete Product
● Incorrect Product
● Expired Product
Please place your request in our Initiate Return section and also raise a ticket in our Support Centre
On
receiving Your complaint, Jainsons Lights shall verify the authenticity and the
nature of the complaint. We will send you the damaged spares to resolve the
issue and restore your product to its original state.
If
the product is damaged beyond repair/incorrect and needs a complete
replacement, then we will send a replacement and arrange to pick up the defective
item
Exchange/Replacement:
● Exchange
replacement is possible if the product is damaged and cannot be repaired by
sending spares or if the product is incorrect.
● On
receiving Your complaint within seven days of delivery, Jainsons Lights shall
verify the authenticity of the complaint, after which we will initiate the
replacement process.
● We
will arrange pickup where possible or ask the customer to ship the product to
us ( shipping charges born by us ).
● Products
should be returned in their original packaging and the original price tags,
barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
● It
is required that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so
that there is no further damage to products during transit.
● The
returned Products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the
legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be
required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
● Once
we receive the product, the replacement product will be dispatched to you as
soon as possible.
Modification
and Cancellation:
● You
can modify an order (with products of the same or more value) within 24 hours or
before the order has not been shipped.
● You can bear a 40% Cancellation fee to cancel any non-shipped order within 24 hours of placing the order.
● Cancellation is only available on Eliante Brand of Products. In that also many products that are made to order will not be valid for any cancellations
Working product Returns and Exchange:
● If
you need to Exchange/return, perfectly working product not falling in the faulty/incorrect
products category, we will charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
● You
can request such a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product.
● Products
should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price
tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc
● The
return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no
damage to products during transit.
● The
returned Products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the
product's original condition. If the product is not found in its original
condition, your request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back
to you. ( shipping cost born by customer ).
● Any
damage to the product during the Re-Shipment of the fresh product is the
customer's responsibility.
● It
takes 10-12 working days to refund once the product reaches us in good
condition.

Processing the Refund:
Once your refund is approved we will initiate the refund from our payment gateway. It may take 10-12 working days for the refund for the payment gateway to reach your payment source.
