A: www.jainsonslightsonline.com is a website run by Jainsons Lights Pvt Lmt we are one of the most trusted companies in the Lighting industry since 1975. We have 4 showrooms in Delhi with 2 locations on company-owned property. We are well known in the lighting industry and have over 1000 lighting traders, and as our customers and any lighting Company can vouch for our ethical business practices. We have over 1000 positive reviews online in google, IndiaMART and Justdial. These all speak for our credibility, and we assure fair and genuine business dealing with all our customers. Moreover collect payment through Instamojo secure payment gateway, and as per RBI guidelines, if we fail in our commitments, you can raise an issue with Instamojo, and they are bound by law to refund your money

Q2. Product listing/offering

Q: Do you sell parts?
A: If you ordered an item from us and need a replacement part outside of warranty coverage, we are happy to help you place a replacement parts order!

Q: Do you only sell genuine products?
A: Yes! We are proud to only sell only the best quality authentic products. Counterfeits are not allowed on our website.

Q: What is the warranty coverage for the items I’m interested in?
A: Most of our products have warranties on manufacturing defects. Some products also offer a complete warranty from 1-5 years from the date of purchase. These warranties vary from item to item! Which may be mentioned on the product listing, for any further queries, contact us regarding this and we will be happy to help.

Q: How do I know if your product listings are accurate?
A: We have a lot of item data constantly being updated! Sometimes this may lead to issues like inaccurate product information, incorrect pricing or outdated product availability. We apologize for those issues.

Q3. Placing the orders and order Management

Q: My state/city not showing while placing the order?
A: you can write your full address in the comment section and choose the closest address possible. Your city or state being absent may mean it is a newly formed state or city or some error in the system but be rest assured your order will be shipped to the correct address if you have mentioned the same in the comments section. Alternatively, you can contact us, and we can add your city/state to the system.

Q: I tried to check out, but I’m not sure my order went through. Can you help?
A: Technology can be fickle. First, check if the payment was deducted. If not try placing the order again. If the payment is deducted, you can check your order details in your account & you would have received a confirmation email for the order too. If, for any reason, your order is not reflecting in your account while the payment is deducted, please raise a support ticket on our support centre and mention your order details and payment proof. Our team will manually generate your order.

Q: Super excited to have just placed my order! Where is my order confirmation?
A:
Check if the Email accidentally landed in your spam folder. Check in that folder and make sure to approve “JainsonsLightsonline.com” as a “Safe Sender” or put it on your “White label” list. Our tracking notifications are sent through the same automated system as our order confirmations, so we want to ensure our emails are making it to your inbox!. Also, make sure the order has been generated in your account. If the order is not generated, please raise a support ticket on our support centre and mention your order details and payment proof, and our team will manually generate your order.

Q4. Payments

Q: Is COD (Cash on delivery) available?
A:
We don't offer products on COD right now. You will have to purchase through online payment only through our secure payment gateway of Instamojo.

Q: Is my Payment Secure?
A:
We use one of the most secure payment gateway Instamojo. As one, its server is encrypted & second, it is compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) as a measure to make sure that the transaction data are 100% safe with Instamojo. Moreover, as per RBI guidelines, if we fail in our commitments, you can raise an issue with Instamojo, and they are bound by law to refund your money.

Q: I Made a payment, my payment failed, but money deducted from my bank/card?
A:
We use a secure payment gateway of Instamojo. If the payment failed and the money is still deducted at your end, it will be refunded to you within 10-12 working days. In any case, your payment is secure. You are safe to go ahead and generate a new order. We can also refund from our side in case if we receive payment two times

Q: I am trying to make a payment of over 10 Lakhs but it is failing
A:
Our payment gateway currently supports payment below 10 lakhs only. You can make the payment directly to our bank. Post that please, raise a support ticket on our support centre and mention your order details and payment proof, and our team will manually generate your order.

Q: why I am being charged convenience Fees?
A:
We use one of the most secure payment gateway Instamojo. As one, its server is encrypted & second, it is compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) as a measure to make sure that the transaction data are 100% safe with Instamojo. Moreover, As per RBI guidelines, this transaction is legally binding on us (our company and Instamojo) as you can claim a refund if we don't deliver you goods as per our terms and conditions. Thus to enable this secure system the Payment gateway Instamojo charges convenience Fees.

We advise you to go order through the automated system only to help you track the order better. Otherwise, you can make the payment directly to our bank also. Post that please, raise a support ticket on our support centre and mention your order details and payment proof, and our team will manually generate your order.

Q5. Order Processing, Shipment & Order Tracking

Q: Where do you ship from?
A:
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Burari Delhi you can also pick up the orders from their if you want.

Q: Is shipping to my pin code available
A:
We ship all over India. We also ship through Indian post that covers the whole of India. If still there is an issue, we will refund your money

Q: I checked out the shipping ETA on the product page, but I need this item sooner! Can you ship it any faster?
A:
If you need your product faster than what is estimated, we may be able to offer overnight or two-day delivery at an additional charge. You can raise such a request and our team can update the shipping options on the phone and can choose the suitable option by paying the corresponding charges.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A:
We have a tie-up with SHIP ROCKET experts in E-commerce deliveries. They have further many shipping companies like Blue Dart, Delivery on board with them which handle the shipment. Everything is well organized, and you will get regularly updated on the status of your shipments. If you need shipment through any particular shipping company, we can arrange that if it is feasible on extra cost usually only on orders above 25000 rs.

Q: Do you ship overseas or outside India?
A:
Absolutely! Please contact us and provide your shipping address and we will be glad to give you estimated shipping charges before purchase.

Q: I placed my order. How long until it ships?
A:
Shipping of order takes 2-3 days as we pack the goods, and the shipping company then picks up the goods. If you have ordered a customized product, it may take time as specified to ship your product. . You can use Track Your Order segment on the website to get updates regarding your order.

Q: In how many days will I receive the order?
A:
We ship most orders through the surface, which may take 6-10 days, depending on your location, to reach you. As soon as the goods are picked up you will receive an SMS and email from our shipping partner, SHIP ROCKET, and they give you an AWB no. You can use Track Your Order segment on the website to get updates regarding your order.

Q: How do I track my order?
A:
There is a Track Your Order order tab on our website in which you enter your AWB number to receive live updates on your orders. As soon as the goods are picked up you will receive an SMS and email from our shipping partner, SHIP ROCKET and they give you an AWB no. also.

Q6. Order Modification, Exchange/Return/Cancellation

Q: Oh drat, I just realized I made a mistake with the product or quantity I ordered. Can I modify or cancel my order?
A:
Orders are processed within 2 days. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We promise to do our best to help. Read our exchange/return/cancellation policy. Raise a support ticket on our support centre

Q: Well, shoot, I just realized I made a mistake with my shipping address. Can I correct it?
A:
Contact us as soon as possible, and we will try and accommodate your change. But if the order has already been shipped, we will have to check with the shipping partner about what can be done. Raise a support ticket on our support centre

Q: What is your return policy?
A:

Q: When & how will I get my money back after cancellation?
A:
we will initiate a refund from the Instamojo payment gateway platform. They take 10-12 working days for the money to reach the source.

Q: What if the products are damaged during shipment?
A:
We ensure very safe packaging and try our best to deliver the product safely to you. But still, if the product is somehow damaged, we will send the replacement parts or products as soon as possible read our Policy document for more details.
