How to place the order?

Q: Super excited to have just placed my order! Where is my order confirmation?


A: We recently moved to a new email server that has a different sender address, so these perfectly legitimate emails may accidentally land in your spam folder. Check in that folder and make sure to approve “Lightsonline.com” as a “Safe Sender” or put them on your “White label” list. Our tracking notifications are sent through the same automated system as our order confirmations, so we definitely want to ensure our emails are making it to your inbox!

Q: Where do you Ship from ?


A: All products are shipped from our Delhi workshop and showroom in Delhi India.

 

Q: Is shipping to my pin code available


A: We ship all over India even if the system shows the delivery to Pincode not available. That is manual and an old database in which some Pincode missing thus it shows delivery not available. Place the order we will ship, we also ship through Indian post that covers the whole of India. If there will be an issue we will refund your money

 

Q: I placed my order. How long until it ships?


A: Shipping of order takes 2-3 days as we pack the goods and the shipping company then picks up the goods. If you have ordered a customised product it may take time as specified to ship your product.

 

Q: In how many days will I receive the order?


A: We ship most orders through the surface which may take 6-10 days depending on your location to reach you. As soon as the goods are picked up you will receive an SMS and email from our shipping partner SHIP ROCKET and they give you an AWB no. Through this no you can track the order easily on our website.

On our website, there is a tracking tab in which you just enter your AWB number to receive live updates on your orders. 

 

Q: I checked out the shipping ETA on the product page, but I need this item sooner! Can you ship it any faster?


A: If you need your product faster than what is estimated, we may be able to offer overnight or two-day delivery at an additional charge. You can raise such a request and our team can update the shipping options on the phone and can choose the suitable option by paying the corresponding charge.

 

Q: What shipping service do you use?


A: We have a tie-up with SHIP ROCKET who are experts in E-commerce deliveries, they have further many shipping companies like Blue Dart, Delivery on board with them which handel the shipment. Everything is well organised and you will get regularly updated on the status of your shipments. If you need shipment through any particular shipping company we can arrange that if it is feasible on extra cost usually only on orders above 25000 rs.


Q: Oh drat, I just realized I made a mistake with the product or quantity I ordered. Can I modify or cancel my order?


A: Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We promise to do our best to help. Read our Exchange/Return/Cancellation policy.


Q: Well shoot, I just realized I made a mistake with my shipping address. Can I correct it?


A:  Contact us as soon as possible and we will try and accommodate your change, but if the order has already been shipped we will have to check with the shipping partner about what can be done.

 

Q: My state/city not showing while placing the order?


A:  you can write your whole address in the comment section and choose the closed address possible. Your city or state being absent may mean it is a newly formed state or city or some error in the system but be rest assured your order will be shipped to the correct address if you have mentioned the same in the comments section. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can add your city/state in the system. 

 

Q: Is COD (Cash on delivery) available?


A:  we don't offer products on COD right now, you will have to purchase through online payment only through our secure payment gateway of Instamojo.


Q: Is my Payment Secure?


A:  we use a secure payment gateway of Instamojo that is very secure as one its server is encrypted & second it is compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) as a measure to make sure that the transaction data are 100% safe with Instamojo. As per RBI guidelines if we fail in our commitments you can raise an issue with Instamojo and they are bound by law to refund your money.


Q: I Made a payment, my payment failed but money deducted from my bank/card?


A:  we use a secure payment gateway of Instamojo, if the payment failed and still the money deducted at your end it will be refunded to you within 10-12 working day. In any case, your payment is secure we can also refund from our side in case of double payment. You are safe to go ahead and generate a new order.


Q: I Want to make payment of a specific amount & not go through cart check out


A: Use our payment gateway to make payment of any amount you wish as per discussion with our sales team by following the link Make Payment. After making the payment share the receipt at our support centre and place your order there.

Q: I am trying to make a payment of over 10 Lakhs but it is failing


A:  Our payment gateway currently supports payment below 10 lakhs only. You can make the payment directly to our bank. Please contact us by email & WhatsApp with a screenshot of the cart and payment made in the following mentioned ways. Q: why I am being charged convenience Fees?


A:  We use a secure payment gateway of Instamojo that is very secure as one, its server is encrypted & second it is compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) as a measure to make sure that the transaction data are 100% safe with Instamojo. we advise you to go order through the automated system only as this will help you track the order better. As per RBI guidelines, this transaction is legally binding on us and you can claim a refund if we don't deliver you goods as per our terms and conditions. Thus to enable this secure system the Payment gateway Instamojo charges convenience Fees.

A: Technology can be fickle. If for any reason your order is not reflecting in your account, simply contact us with your name, email address & payment details. We are more than happy to verify your order details with you! Or rectify any technical glitch. Please send a email and we will resolve the issue.



Q: What is your return policy?


A: We offer a 7-Day conditional Return & Exchange Policy for all products. For more details on the policies document. follow the link. Exchange/Return/Cancellation

 

Q: When & how will I get my money back after cancellation?


A: We will initiate a refund from the Instamojo payment gateway platform. They take 1-2 days to refund the money, for more details regarding your refund send a email to them at [email protected] Don't forget to quote your case ID in the email so they can respond easily.


Q: What if the products are damaged while shipment?


A: We ensure very safe packaging and try our best to deliver the product safely to you. But still if the product is somehow damaged, we will send the replacement parts or products as soon as possible read our Policy document for more details.

 

Q: Do you ship overseas or outside India?


A: Absolutely! Please contact us and provide your shipping address and we will be glad to give you estimated shipping charges prior to purchase.


Q: Do you sell parts?


A: If you ordered an item from us and need a replacement part outside of warranty coverage, we are happy to help you place a replacement parts order! 

 

Q: Do you only sell genuine products?


A: Yes! We are proud to only sell only the best genuine, authentic products. No low-quality products. We only sell genuine products counterfeits not allowed on our website.


Q: What is the warranty coverage for the items I’m interested in?


A: Most of our products have warranties on manufacturing defects. Some products also offer a warranty due to any other reason from 1-5 years from the date of purchase. These warranties vary from item to item! Which may be mentioned on the product listing, for any further queries contact us regarding this and we will be happy to help.
