Shipping policy

For Domestic Buyers:
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier or transport companies. Standard shipping charges as per actual. Shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch, and the customer can choose to pay the shipping charges in advance or pay them against delivery.

For International Buyers:
Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier or shipping companies, or via International Speed Post. Shipping charges for international orders are as per actuals and will be communicated to the customer before dispatch. The shipment will be processed once the shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines:
All confirmed orders are shipped within 2–4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Some products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you. Delivery timelines depend on the courier company’s operations and your location.

Liability Disclaimer:
Jainsons Lights Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the shipping partner within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer or to the nearest transport hub. Confirmation of shipment and delivery details will be sent to the email address registered during checkout.
